Runnymede Healthcare Centre has officially launched a new five-year strategic plan, Vision 2020 / Redefining Possible. This plan covers four directions and multiple priorities that will guide Runnymede into a healthy future.

Priority 1 - Patient experience
Design and implement a patient experience strategy customized to Runnymede’s patient population and supporting ongoing safe, high-quality patient care.
Priority 2 - Customer service excellence
Provide a unique customer experience by proactively anticipating our customers’ needs and expectations and exceeding them, every time. Service excellence is an attitude engrained in every department and it begins and ends with each and every individual.
Priority 3 - Staff experience
Provide the tools and resources to empower our staff and promote engagement to achieve our vision.
