Have you had a chance to take Runnymede Healthcare Centre’s real-time patient experience survey? As part of Runnymede’s commitment to ongoing quality improvement, patient experience survey kiosks can be found throughout the facility.

Facilitating instant family and patient feedback is a key part of Runnymede’s customer service approach. The feedback you provide is instantly recorded and can be addressed quickly.

Real-time data collection enables Runnymede to gather ongoing feedback from patients and families on an hourly, daily or weekly basis so the hospital can constantly enhance the patient experience. It also offers the ability to measure patient satisfaction immediately and on an ongoing basis, as well as providing an opportunity for patients and visitors to provide feedback in a continuous, user friendly and accessible way.

The system allows comments on service and care to be sent immediately to responsible departments so they can be addressed in a timely manner. While the survey responses are completely anonymous, patients and family members can choose to self-identify through a video testimonial feature on the survey.
