Becoming a Volunteer
Since its establishment in 1945, Runnymede Healthcare Centre has been providing individualized therapeutic care to patients who have fallen victim to diseases such as Huntington's, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, ALS or the incapacitating results of a severe stroke.
Today, over 300 staff members and volunteers join hands to make Runnymede a special home for our patients.
The philosophy of Runnymede is to provide a therapeutic environment, one where our team of professional staff and dedicated volunteers focus on our patients' abilities, not their disabilities, and in turn help to rebuild their independence and retain their dignity.
You too, can become a member of the team at Runnymede by participating in our Volunteer Program.
