Patients are charged a daily co-payment fee, set annually by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. It is the patient’s contribution towards accommodation and meals. In addition to the co-payment, patients are responsible for personal laundry and personal care products which are billed monthly with the co-payment.

Optional services offered for a fee include:

• hair salon/barber services; and
• cable TV, phone and internet services

For convenience, and it is recommended, that patients and/or their substitute decision maker establish a trust account with the Hospital, to cover costs that they are responsible for.

A number of private and semi-private rooms are available for an additional charge.
